Entrevista
I applied online with a referral. I got an email to schedule the interview next day. I was well prepared for the interview and it is like a group interview. Even though it is a group interview, you get different questions most of the time. Well explained about the duties that I have to do. Every staff member treated me nicely.

1. Previous experience in retail 2. What will you do with the team when you were introduced to them? 3. What will you do if you get 2 customers at once? 4. Do you want to stay for a longer period with the company or not?

It was very quick and to the point. General questions were asked. Such as why do you want to work here? Tell me about a difficult coworker etc…it depends on the location but on this one it was pretty straightforward

They ask me my previous related experience and ask me will I be available to work in weekends. Interview is easy. After the interview, two weeks later they told me that I am hired and ask me to visit store for training and procedures.

Entrevista
Very informal and easy. Asked basic information such as lifting weight above head. Was offered a position the next day. The interview was mostly used to show me around if I was interested.
