lengthy interview 5 different interviews mostly behavioral with a few technical questions. Mostly waiting 1-2 hours before every phase. Took 8-10 hours for the complete process. Had good discussions with Senior management and technical teams

Interview process is easy. I applied online and got an email for an interview a month later. 3 managers took interview in webex. They asked basic computer science questions. I had MS degree in computer science. They asked mostly simple computer science questions. They usually take people who has work experience. Bentonville is essentially a small town, only few people actually want to relocate to Bentonville. They want to make sure you are okay with that.
