Was applying for assistant manager. The Kapuskasing team felt I was more than qualified, passed the online test and was told by one of the assistants that I had past and the rest was a formality. When interviewed by telephone by a store manager and Hr from Timmins ( who I had worked for previously) complete conflict. I was told that I did not have enough experience in the back room but I had in fact trained the new overnight supervisor on the telzon and showed him how to bin and remove stock??? I had already worked 9 1/2 years with Walmart and had to leave because it did not pay enough. I went back a second time holding down a full time job and walmart was part-time and after six months and wanting to work fulll-time assistant they did not even have the common courtesy to let me know I had not got the position but instead hired a front end manager that had never worked at Walmart. No respect for the individual
