There was a panel of Metro and Non- Metro Wal Mart store managers as well as a District Manager. I only experienced this one interview and then I received a job offer. It is very extensive.
It's very hard to gauge how you are doing because of all the different personalities.
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company
