Just a quick phone call, did not ask too many questions. Since it requires a lot of walking they asked if I was relatively fit. Then that there will be times where it gets very busy.

They attempt small talk, to better understand if you are a good fit. They make you feel comfortable and usually will get hired. I had no issue on the interview process.
