Applied online and then received an email for availability for interview. Group interview of around 4 people. I got a response a couple days later saying im hired. Really easy and fast

I was asked questions about my schedule and how much time I can commit to the position. I was also asked if I had any previous knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. I had to elaborate on my past experiences listed on my resume and how each. of them contribute to my skillset.
