The interview process was less of an interview and more of a conversation with the hiring manager/upper level management. I was contacted to schedule a phone call in which I was asked about which position I wanted to work and what shift I would prefer. The call concluded with scheduling an in person interview. One of the "coaches" asked me about previous experience and then walked me through what the next steps were. I had a lovely conversation with all of the people I met and overall had a very positive and relaxed introduction.
