Completely terrible experience. This position was for the last mile delivery team. Total 5 rounds- hiring manager, Problem solving, ML round, SQL, Business case/stat round. Process took 3 months and after preparing for each round and doing well in almost all of them. They didn’t give any update for 2 weeks after the final round and after reaching out to them multiple times. Received an automated rejection email. Frustrating and disappointing interview process.

It not a good experience… they send juniors to interview senior data scientists. And seriously no issue with as well…. But atleast ask your employees to brush up their skills first. We had a discussion on dropout method used in NN and he had wrong understanding of the concept. This is unacceptable from a Walmart employee.
