Pretty easy to get an interview coming with a college degree from any background. Interview process was fairly easy and straight forward just describing yourself. They want people who have good written and verbal communication skills, because the job is all about handling customers. They will ask you a simple math question to know you have the basics then ask you to "sell" them some item in the room to see if you have sales skills and how you do answering a question on the fly.
