An hour or so to complete application, beliefs statements, writing assignment and background check form. There is a 15 minute video and a written scenario to answer some questions about. There are two rounds of interviews. The first is basic questions and the second is more in-depth questions. It takes two to two and a half hours.

First was a phone interview with two talent acquisition & retention specialist. I was invited for a panel interview, but it was only with one person. Sent in all requested documents and I never heard back from anyone there after.
