Phone screening then a single onsite interview with Director. The entire process was relatively casual but aligned with similar entry level opportunities I have experienced. The interviewers did a great job explaining the company and how the fit into the market.

1st Phone Screen Attempt - Talent Acquisition Specialist reached out to me to set up a phone screen. The interview was scheduled from 2:00PM-2:30PM. As of 2:10PM, the recruiter hadn't called. I sent an email to find out if the recruiter was running late, and received a response saying he would call shortly. The recruiter finally called at 2:35PM, but I was unable to take the call at that time.
2nd Phone Screen Attempt - Once again, the recruiter did not call. Was not apologetic, and this time did not respond to email inquiry in a timely manner.
3rd Phone Screen Attempt: Recruiter once again did not call. Recruiter never followed up or apologized.
Extremely unprofessional of a recruiter to waste that much of a person's time. HR Management here needs to realize that the person being interviewed isn't the only one being interviewed - they are also projecting an image of their company to prospective employees. I think it speaks volume as to the culture of the company, and shows they have many problems to overcome if they want to recruit the best talent.

Thank you for your input. I am sorry that we didn't meet your expectations around timing of interview screening. We strive to provide a great image of our great company through the screening, interviewing, and on-boarding process.

Phone screen then on-site with HR, EVP. No call back to indicate whether I got the job one way or the other. This is very unprofessional when you are trying to hire "the best talent".
