I was contacted to set up the phone screen with HR 3 days after applying. I was told that I was NOT allowed to ask questions throughout the interview. I was not asked about specifics mentioned in the resume, but she did ask me to highlight a major project I'd worked on, what if anything I could have done differently, multiple competing priorities and how I handled the deadlines. She also asked about working on a project where your superior was holding up the project & what I might do.
