Entrevista
Initial round of interviews was a phone screen with the HR Recruiter. After that first round there was additional phone interviews with various members of the sales team. This round consisted of interviews with several additional team members, varying from Sr. Management to peers.Finally there was a face to face interview with the hiring manager. It was a very well structured interview process, that afforded the candidate a chance to ask questions and learn much more about the company. Overall it was by far the best hiring/interview process in all of my experiences.

Entrevista
I was contacted to set up the phone screen with HR 3 days after applying. I was told that I was NOT allowed to ask questions throughout the interview.
I was not asked about specifics mentioned in the resume, but she did ask me to highlight a major project I'd worked on, what if anything I could have done differently, multiple competing priorities and how I handled the deadlines. She also asked about working on a project where your superior was holding up the project & what I might do.
