A recruiter from MWV saw my resume on Monster. The first step was a phone interview with the recruiter. Just basic questions about experience and salary requirements. Second interview was a phone interview with hiring supervisor. Again, pretty basic. Third interview was a panel interview with 3 other people. This included hiring supervisor, department manager, and peer. This was a very formal interview. The interviewers had pre-prepared questions to ask. Took about 3 hours to complete. Very standard questions: what's the hardest thing you have done and how did you handle it? What hobbies do you have outside o work? How do you handle working with someone you don't like?

Very pleasant experience and enjoyable people. The company clearly treats them well and they definitely enjoy what they do. It is definitely a company I could see myself enjoying working for.
