Applied online went for an interview within the next couple of days. Interview lasted about an hour. They told me a little about the company and asked me a few questions. Made me take a test and some safety questions at the end. The guy was straight forward with me since it was my first job at a company. Told me that I will start at the bottom and that he will make me work as many hour days and weekend as he like with in 60 or 90days, I forgot. Which is understandable. He follow through telling me that he would want to do a background check on me which took about a week. I am currently doing my physical.

Quick and to the point. They ask all the basic questions and are pretty transparent on what they require from employees. There are days that are very busy and some days where there is much downtime.

They have you come in and review everything. If they like you they call you back to come in for orientation. Expect to be in a room for 3 days to watch videos and do little tests and out on the floor the 4th day.

Take a measurement test with some light story problem questions, you will have no time to finish. Apply for a machine operator position with 4 years of experience, they want to throw you in general labor. No thanks.

It was one of the most bizarre interviews I've ever had. They just could not wrap their heads around prototype work I performed. Just dumb and I gave up 75% into the meeting.
