Pointless questions... too personal... I was there to clock in get to work. not play their little 21 questions game. Ill never wanna work for goofballs. "Describe yourself in 5 words". No, how about you worry about gross margin and trying to make money for the company rather than wasting my time.

so basically wanting be to bash a supervisor.... the only reason they would ask this question is because they don't want anyone that's gonna speak up when they themselves mess up. which is great news didn't wanna work for goofballs anyway

Quick and to the point. They ask all the basic questions and are pretty transparent on what they require from employees. There are days that are very busy and some days where there is much downtime.

They have you come in and review everything. If they like you they call you back to come in for orientation. Expect to be in a room for 3 days to watch videos and do little tests and out on the floor the 4th day.

Take a measurement test with some light story problem questions, you will have no time to finish. Apply for a machine operator position with 4 years of experience, they want to throw you in general labor. No thanks.
