Entrevista
They usually hire only at a 3-4 B-Schools. Three rounds. The first is on campus, one or two 30 mins behavioral plus tell me about yourself sort of questions. The second round consisted of 3-4 interviews at the office, 1 hour each, including an interview with a psychologist. In addition to that had to go through a team exercise with other candidates.

Entrevista
I was first interviewed on campus. It was a one hour interview the VP of Diversity & Leadership Talent Management at MeadWestvaco Corporation. It was a behavioral interview. After passing this round, I was invited to the Leadership Associate Program assessment center. A total of 12 candidates were chosen for this final round of interviews. I was asked to take three online questionnaires in advance. The first questionnaire was the Watson-Glaser. The other two questionnaires were the 16 PF and the Hogan. The purpose of participating in this is to gain a better understanding of your general style of leadership and approach to solving business problems .The questionnaires are relatively quick to take and have straightforward instructions. I had the opportunity to briefly discuss the results during
the interview process at the end of the next week.
I was flown to Richmond, Virginia for the assessment center. I had two panel interviews. Each panel consisted of 4 senior and top level management. Each panel interview lasted one hour. These interviews were also behavioral - each of the 4 on the panel asked one typical behavioral question. The last interview was with the the psychologist who ran the personality tests. We discussed the results of the tests and he asked additional questions.
After the interviews, I was taken with the rest of the candidates to a restaurant where we had drinks and dinner with the CEO and other top level management.
The following day, we attended a presentation from the head of HR and then were split into groups of 4 and given a team building exercise. The interviewers from the previous day observed how each of us worked within a group.
Spending two days at the company and all the email interactions with the people I interviewed and interacted with really showed MWV's emphasis on collaboration and diversity.
