It was straight forward. More conversation based on experience and how would you tackle problems. Straight up told me there was a problem employee. Missed describing some required duties. Did take a little to get notice of second interview then offer.

First step: phone screen. Second step: interview with plant manager and corporate manager. Third step: Interview with plant manager and different corporate manager. The interview was a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The interviewers were nice, personable, and knowledgeable. They all have decades of experience with the company. This was for a new plant opening in the Atlanta area. Each interview took about 90 minutes.
