I have been told that I ask a lot of questions which can be a nuisance sometimes. However, it's my way of seeking clarifications for purposes of avoiding to make mistakes. Then I sued to be shy talking in front of people. I have learnt to overcome this by taking leadership roles in college group work and in my local church where the atmosphere is more friendly. This has helped me build confidence.
