My answer was that I gather information, ask questions, listen and research to find an Answer. What I learned after being hired is there is no Answer because nobody cares about your problems. If it does not fix or help them check off a box on their every 6 month review checklist then it is not their problem. If your Question and Answer does not involve their career review checklist then you will be ignored because most are working their only to survive and not to thrive.
