You can list the values as per described on Salesforce portal and even comment on them but you should definitely show that more than knowing the words by heart, you truly understand what they mean and how they reflect on the working day. Tip: Salesforce takes the costumers/clients satisfaction very seriously, that would be the first and more important core value ;)
