A good team for me compasses a leader that knows how to balance out on how to approach its members in a passive-aggressive way most especially to those that are unproductive to the team. A good team must possess a leader that knows the strength and weakness points of each member to disseminate roles that are aligned to their forte and thus, achieve the teams' goal with quality of work and in an efficient manner.
