Prior to my interview, Salesforce recruiter sent me a resource link to access videos of All-Hands Meetings, as well as additional articles highlighting the companies achievements. After watching the videos and reading through the materials provided I had a clear understanding of the Ohana culture of the company. I liked what I heard and felt optimistic about the opportunity to work with a company that values their employees in addition to creating a workplace built upon solid core values to foster integrity and trust.
