Unfortunately, Whirlpool's interview process is just about the only thing Whr HR does well - typically very organized and well-handled. Interviews usually start at 9am with HR first followed by the hiring manager and would-be/future peers - 4-5 interviews would be average. Each interviewer is assigned two areas to focus on - and each of those areas is also shared by another interviewer to ensure balance. 9 our of 10 interviews are standard interview-type questions.
