Um...why should I want to work here? See how stupid that sounds? Focus on the individual's skills and what is needed to perform the position day-to-day. Asking a stupid question (and yes, there is such a thing as a stupid question) that can only really solicit vague answers like "because I'm dedicated, blah, blah, blah" do nothing to tell you how well the candidate will actually perform the job on a day-to-day basis.
