Why do you ask? I'm so thankful for Glassdoor because it gives tthe job seeker the advantage of seeing what's really going on behind a company's closed doors. I was interested in your company and even pulled over to the side of the road to evaluate your company. I was shocked at what I learned! I agree with other comments to run, nor walk away from Uber. Draining the good intentioned drivers of their resources - their most important material asset, their car, and paying them so cheaply. After all the math was done, one contributor suggested your drivers make only 6 cents a mile. You fail to tell them how much their insurance will cost, what percentage to set aside for income taxes, and for repairs while they work for pennies in reality, risking their lives for you to get 25% commission while you sit and enjoy the money riling into your bank accounts. You don't even have a way for someone to leave a tip! I can see your competition has a clear path to pass you up and - they will as people wake up and do just a couple of hours research as I have.
