Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Wipro (Londres, Inglaterra) em jan. de 2016
Entrevista
The process was clearly signposted. There were telephone interviews with HR and practice director. This was followed up with a face to face interview with the hiring manager at their London offices. The telephone interviews were for half an hour each. The meeting itself was for one hour. I felt the latter was the most useful. There was time to talk about the needs and fit for the company and the requirements that they had. I found there was good level of detail and understanding to make a decision on the company. I heard back within two weeks of the final stage. Overall this was a good interview experience.

what is your experience in leading transformation programs? Give an example?
Very good salary and challenging work however it sometimes gets very hectic. Had reasonable expectations from team and were able to deliver during crunch time. The overall environment was positive and the planning has to be made more diligent and detailing was missing. Some things used to be worked out in a hurry and some used to take very long to reach to a conclusion...

Entrevista
My interview process was fairly straightforward. I had 2 rounds of interviews upon which an offer was made shortly afterwards. The hiring process was another story a little drawn out and very slow moving.
2 levels of tech round followed by HR . L1 and L2 panels .HR will mainly focus on fitment of role and salary range . Average difficulty to crack to the interview based on the need
