First of all there is group discussion, they will give you a very easy topic.Those who are selected will go for face to face interview which is basically voice accent test.Here they will ask you very basic questions like tell something about yourself. Once down you will be sent for a technical interview where they will ask simple questions related to troubleshooting desktops. The process is overall easy but one needs to have excellent communication skills.
