Entrevista
Interview process was good as it was very technical and practical job or assignment related. There was two tecnical round and one HR round. 1st Technical round is all about the QA and testing technical question and 2nd round was managerial round.

What is your responsibilites and roll in your current assignments ?
1 technical round, 1 managerial round, 1 HR round , all questions are intermediate for 5+ years of experience. All process are good and recruiter connect with you anytime you ask.
There are 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round
final technical round is taken by client and if it is cleared that mean candidate is selected, in some of the cases there are 3 round of technical 2 is taken by wipro internal team and 1 is client.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, starting with an initial HR screening followed by a technical round focused on automation frameworks, test strategy, and problem-solving scenarios. The next round included coding exercises in Java and questions on Playwright and Selenium. There was also a managerial round that assessed communication, leadership qualities, and handling real-time project challenges. Overall, the process was structured and professional, giving me the opportunity to showcase both my technical and soft skills
