1st round intro :- they will ask you to give your intro and basic questions.
2nd round GD :- they will give you a topic and you have to speak for a fer minutes about the topic.
3rd round ops. :- They will check your stability and skills.
4th round HR :- salary negotiation.

If you are a fresher, then they will check your communication skills, your confidence level.
The selection process consists of three rounds. Two face-to-face interviews focus on your introduction, past work experience, and how you handled challenges, while also evaluating communication and confidence. The final round is an exam that tests your role-related knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability for the position.
Application process, preliminary call, shortlisting, interview, technical interbiew, hr call, salary negotiation , final round call with senior manager or directors team , then final salary call again. So it went pretty well.
Very descriptive but interesting, They made us feel comfortable as well. Good Environment and good interview mechanism, structure is great - very well organized and very professional. 4 rounds and good structure
