I received mail from wirpo for service desk position. There were 3 rounds. 1. Group Discussion - They told us to talk on any topic of our choice for 15 to 20 mins. They wanted fluent English. 2nd and third round were technical round and face to face hr rounds. We didn't manage to crack the gd.

The first round was conducted in group in a well occupied room. There were around 30-40 candidates and a HR. They asked to speak on any topic of our choice and the time limit was 1 minute to each candidate.
