Entrevista
Interview process in Wipro is more like knowing one's capability. For me, I felt they are digging and testing my skills and communication skills.
And coming to process, TR and HR will be in same round. if it is campus drive, there may be chances that interviewer will reach you late as they have to interview others also ( for me, I have waited 45 min ).
And then interview goes on around 30 min. We directly jumped into technical stuff. But for some, they started with general stuff to make sure candidate feel comfortable ( you know some freshers feel nervous ). For me, this process was done in 'superset' platform. Even if anything changes, Wipro or embark will intimate those changes.
before going to interview questions, just remember ' Every HR will ask whatever you have mentioned in resume'. So don't lie on resume.

1) While doing your project, what are the difficulties you have faced?
2) These skills, are they part of academics or you learned somewhere else?
3) Many companies are using PHP and JDBC. But you are learning Node and Express. Why? is there any specific reason for that?
I recently interviewed for a Project Manager position at Wipro and had a mixed experience.
The Talent Acquisition team was highly responsive and managed the process efficiently. The L1 discussion with the Delivery Manager stood out for its structure and relevance, reflecting a clear understanding of the project management function.
The L2 round was conducted by a Sales Head whose questioning did not appear aligned with core project management competencies. The interaction lacked role specific depth and gave the impression that the expectations for the position were not clearly defined. This resulted in a less effective evaluation process.
Organizations benefit greatly when interview panels are closely aligned with the responsibilities of the role. Strengthening this alignment would help create a more consistent and professional candidate experience.
