I was basically being recruited for CITOS (Citigroup IT Operations), which was acquired by Wipro sometime back.
The phone interview was for Java technology, which mainly asked for Core Java and Multithreading, some JDBC, and Database concepts.
Later was called for in person interview, where I needed o design a Java program for a problems. It was to be done on hard paper without any access to computer or books. The problem was related to multithreading and core java. Later on the same day, a panel of Americans and Indian took my technical interview through conference.
I was called for HR interview after some days.

Wipro interview process includes online assessment (aptitude, coding), followed by technical interview covering programming, automation, and problem solving, then managerial discussion, and final HR round evaluating communication, attitude, and cultural fit.
