service desk interview involves 3 rounds in the first round it was a Group discussion it was fine the give one topic we had to speak 5 min then after that second was telephonic round which easy one and last round was face to face interview it was also general.

The first round was conducted in group in a well occupied room. There were around 30-40 candidates and a HR. They asked to speak on any topic of our choice and the time limit was 1 minute to each candidate.
