Attended the Wipro QA Engineer interview, which included an aptitude test, technical round on manual testing concepts, and automation basics using Selenium. I struggled with the coding part and scenario-based questions in the final round. Feedback mentioned I needed better clarity in explaining test strategies and real-time project experience. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it through the final selection.

The most pathetic interview process i have ever faced. reached the interview location and security wouldn't allow us because clearance for our interview had not been raised. Waited 1 hour at the security. Once cleared we waited again in a corridor where one guy took our resumes and told us we would call you. waited two more hours till one HR comes and tells us that the panel taking our interview has left and our interview will not be conducted. She told us that we promise to conduct a telephonic interview next week on Monday but all fake promises no call received yet. If you are not going to conduct an interview then dont waste our time. For someone who is looking for a job change i had to leave another interview just because this was one of the top 4 companies. Would never recommend this company just for this particular experience
