I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. That was on a Monday. We phoned the same evening. He then set up the phone interview for Tuesday. My onsite panel interview was on Wednesday. Phone call that they would like to send me an offer came on Thursday evening and the actual offer was sent on Friday at noon. The whole process went very smooth. All questions were related to the position (including a language test in the end) and they were all easy to answer for me as I come from a very similar field of work. Everybody was very friendly and professional. There was always a quick response (email) when I had a question. One of the many people I spoke to on the interview day onsite was via video conference with a high-up manager in the US. This was very exciting! The whole interview and recruiting experience was very exciting for me!
