I was recruited by them via linkedin message. I had a call with a recruiter and was then moved to an onsite interview. The whole process took one month and a week.

Tell me what you liked/didn't like about your first job. Totally not a relevant question when it was 10yrs ago. Asked a lot of really borderline psychological behavioral questions that had nothing to do with the job. Really was an exhausting experience.
*Twitter is reflective of our users, and that our workplace and the decisions we make about it are equally inclusive (via twitter). My interview panel were all the same race which was hardly diverse or inclusive to me.
