I am extremely grateful and excited to be a part of the team. I absolutely love my current role and team - it's even more amazing on the inside than the outside. However, the interview process was full of extended delays, which for me caused quite a bit of anxiety. These were later explained after the fact, but more open lines of communication would have greatly improved my experience. I had a phone screen with a manager, was brought on site a few weeks later to interview with several team members. Overall, the interviews were pretty awesome. People were positive, engaged and passionate. The periods of excessive waiting without due communication were the only negative part of the process. I understand that there are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes, but please make more of an effort to give candidates regular updates.
