Monday- Initial communication was an email to schedule a phone call the same week.
Friday- 30 minute phone call and told that I would be moving on to the next round
3 weeks later- Interview at Twitter HQ with 6 different people. Interviews lasted about 30 minutes each. More of an informal conversation than question/answer
1.5 Months later- Received an email from a recruiter to schedule a call.
Next Day- Received a call from the recruiter with a job offer and details. Received an email with my offer letter the same day. Signed contract.
Could have gone smoother. More preparation would have given me a better shot. I had other offers so did not take it as serious . Great company overall and would love another chance
At a conference I talked to a rep and they offered an interview on the spot for the next day. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire online before the interview and then was encouraged to reach out to other people. The interview consisted of a behavioral followed by a high level tech one

Online interview during the covid time, first introduce yourself, and due to the fact that it was an internship for a Twitter's policies on fake news, they asked on a situation and how would I react to the situation accordingly.
