Interview took 3 weeks. I submitted online and was contacted by the recruiter the same day. The recruiter was very nice and polite. Interviewed with the hiring manager based in Dublin through a skype like application. The interview is 30 minutes. Not a difficult interview and a lot of questions on your personality. The following week I was scheduled for an onsite interview with a manager they just hired. Again, another thirty minutes interview and it went well. Surprised that I didn't get the job as my experience is a strong match for the position. I can't think of anything other than the manager's personal bias as she only started a week ago before my interview.
