Relatively standard process in terms of phone screening, meeting hiring manager and then key stakeholders. Had 6 interviews back-to-back with absolutely no structure, ended up describing who I am and my experience 6 times in a row as opposed to each interview having a theme/goal. Also had to create 3-4 articles and a presentation which took considerable time and these were not reviewed/mentioned in any of the interviews. In the end I was completely ghosted and had to email the recruiter 4-5 times before getting an answer some weeks later. I knew I hadn't got the job but at least have the decency to respond given the amount of work I had put in. The reason I was given was that I was 'overqualified' which I found both patronising and an excuse for giving me actual constructive criticism.

There were five rounds of interviews, including one written task. The final round was a series of short interviews with current employees, each lasted about 15 minutes. The interviews were very casual and I was given plenty of time to think about and answer all the questions I was asked.
