The first two interviews were conducted by phone. The questions focused on why I wanted to work for the company and how my skill set would be a great asset to company. Thereafter I had 2 separate in person interviews with people in cross fuctional groups. These interviews honed in on my technical skills and how I can create an efficient process. Following that I waited several weeks to hear about the next steps.

There will be series of interviews mostly from people you will work closely or collaborate with. It can be very long and tedious. Depending on the role, mine was mostly situational by nature.
