There was a 3 step process. 1. 40 minute introductory Phone interview -Getting to know more about the organization and role. 2. 1 hour Zoom interview -Learning more about my skill sets and past experience 3. 1 hour and 30 minute In person performance interview -Performed a 30 minute Workshop with students and Executive Director
