There was a 3 step process.
1. 40 minute introductory Phone interview
-Getting to know more about the organization and role.
2. 1 hour Zoom interview
-Learning more about my skill sets and past experience
3. 1 hour and 30 minute In person performance interview
-Performed a 30 minute Workshop with students and Executive Director

Yells conducts a three-part interview with a phone screening to ask initial questions. The second interview ask you to create a workshop and, in the 3rd, interview you teach the workshop.

Entrevista
Great, I learned so much more about the company after the interview. This only made me want to work more for this company. Unfortunately, due to work study process I declined to take the actual job.
