The company was there in our campus in P.I.C.T, among 180 to 200 students aptitude test was being taken which consisted of both quantitative n technical apti. out of which only 40 to 50 were selected. The next round was pre HR round where there were only HR questions to test the communication skills of the candidate. After this only 12 to 15 students moved ahead. For the final round we were called at the Yardi office where firstly we were told to write an Essay following which the face to face interviews were there in which only 7 students were shortlisted. The last round was HR round. After the HR 4 students were placed.

Aptitude Test: Includes General Aptitude and a Technical Aptitude test focusing on SQL and Database concepts.
Technical Round(s) (1-2 Rounds):
SQL Focus: Very deep focus on complex SQL queries, Joins, Triggers, and Stored Procedures.
QA Concepts: Questions on SDLC, STLC, test case design, defect life cycle, and manual testing methods.
Automation: Basic questions on automation frameworks or OOPs concepts if the role requires it.
Pre-HR / HR Interview: Focuses on behavioral questions, stability, salary expectations, and project experience.
Managerial Round: A technical/behavioral discussion with the Hiring Manager or Business Unit Head to assess project fit.

Phone screening with the HR. They've never come back with a follow-up. Only HR questions, conversations based on my experience. Everything was good, but not moving forward :). I didn't understand too much from that phone screening.

It was 6 rounds of for me, aptitude Test (easy), technical writers test (moderate), essay writing, 2 rounds of technical interview and then HR round ,
Aptitude Test was east took 15-20min to solve and then technical was also ok it was mcq and 2 answer had to write and then essay writing, technical round was also good
