Phone screen then two on-site visits. The recruiter was very nice and worked hard to get alignment around the interviews. Most of the people I met with were also very nice, but everyone had a different answer around work-life balance. On my second (and would-be last) interview, I was kept waiting for nearly an hour. I had to leave for another commitment and wasn't able to meet with the people who were keeping me waiting. They wanted me to come back a third time to finish the interview. I withdrew my candidacy. Nice enough people, but ultimately, if they can't make a scheduled interview and they keep you waiting, that tells me they have trouble with time management.
