Phone screen then two on-site visits.
The recruiter was very nice and worked hard to get alignment around the interviews. Most of the people I met with were also very nice, but everyone had a different answer around work-life balance.
On my second (and would-be last) interview, I was kept waiting for nearly an hour. I had to leave for another commitment and wasn't able to meet with the people who were keeping me waiting. They wanted me to come back a third time to finish the interview. I withdrew my candidacy.
Nice enough people, but ultimately, if they can't make a scheduled interview and they keep you waiting, that tells me they have trouble with time management.

Standard questions, more conversational than text book, which was nice.
Awkward and disorganized. Had to knock on the door to get let in because no one works at the front desk. Manager didn't even make eye contact and he sat on his computer the entire time and IMed people on Skype.

The interview consisted of a phone screen by the recruiter who seems to not understand how time zones work. She failed to provide salary, location, or key details regarding the email marketing QA Analyst positing (which they changed to brand compliance specialist w/o letting me know, and deleted my original application in their system)... She also was terrible when scheduling my panel interview. She called to let me know that I was selected for the panel interview, and I had to call her and send an email requesting an email confirmation. I then was selected for an in-person interview which she scheduled on a holiday!
