Submited online application. There are two parts - first the phone interview which was quite quick and easy. General questions about why you want to work for them/experience etc. After getting through the first stage the interview process is a phone interview, very smooth process, questions are easy to answer if you are prepared. The person I have spoken with was very nice and friendly. After that I received a phone call to come for interview, which was two weeks later. I was intervied at Zara Covent Garden. From my experience as long as your confident and the employer sees your passion, you will get a job you applied for.
