The interview was Group panel style with 3 more people (2 interviewers, store manager and human resources manager) Talking about style icons, trends, personal and professional skills, experience and future input to the company. The interviewers were open, super friendly and made everybody feel relax, they first talked about their personal experience within the company and the opened the interview process.

It was a group interview it was very chill. We mostly did role-plays knowing more about Zara/index as a company. And learned about more of what a sales assistant is in Zara.

Online 30min group interview on Teams with 6 people incl. the interviewer. Perth, WA.
Questions were:
- Tell us about yourself and your past work experience
- What is your availability and what do you like most about customer service?
This is a group interview. Begin by introducing the brand and asking participants if they have any knowledge about it. Then, divide the participants into pairs (2-on-2 groups). Each participant should introduce themselves to their group member, followed by introducing their group member in front of everyone. Afterward, randomly select scenario-based role-play topics, assign them to groups, and let the participants act them out.
