I got a call from a Zara HR asking a few questions about my previous work role ( what I did and why I left) and why I wanted to work for Zara, after the call he then invited me to go to the group interview and would call me for the time and location the day after. The next day (Tuesday) he called back to tell me that the interview was in 2 days. Thursday On the day, I was with 2 other candidates interviewed by the HR and the store manager that we were specifically applying for. It was really fun and interesting, both were very nice and made us feel comfortable. We started by introducing ourselves by going around in an order one by one (Name, Interest, previous job, etc.) After that, we were asked to fill an availability form and we then proceeded to the questions. We were all asked the same questions and had to answer it all. We then had to pick a card from like 50 other cards randomly and can only read it once its our turn to read it and answer the question contained in it. After that, another set of questionnaires was asked to us and again, we had to answer it one by one ( mainly just past experience questions and work ethics questions). After that we were asked if we had any other questions and we were dismissed. We were never told when they would get back to us, so thats scary not knowing if we would be notified if we didn't get the job. But overall, the interview was a very positive experience and I enjoyed it.... I just wish that the HR could've given me more eye contact while i was speaking and not looking elsewhere... But didn't really bothered me at the time haha.

Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
